'Emma taught me new ideas and ways for me to be able to believe in myself and control my panic attacks about body image and having to be on screen all the time during the Covid 19 pandemic. 'Emma was great with my children right from the start. Life in the family was getting a little overwhelming and the boys didn't know what to expect from the session. Emma quickly explained what the aim was at the start in a very child friendly way. They enjoyed the activities. It was interesting to learn how to explore the boys' feelings without making them feel uncomfortable. Emma has a calm approach and is great with children.'

Creating new habits
' I wanted to explore how to change my eating habits and food choices., and make better choices feeding the family as I am the main cook. I had been on so many diets that hadn't made very much difference. Emma helped me to better understand my needs and why I was connecting with food rather than try new experiences. She was extremely supportive and I learnt so much.. The sessions were so informative and I learnt new coping strategies to help with managing my nerves. She also encouraged more family connection and ways to celebrate food differently as a family together. I am definitely feeling healthier and happier.'
