Online Session - One to One

Service Description

Emma will support, guide, and teach you new ways to achieve your goals and outcomes to making positive changes in your life. In a safe, non judgemental way, these sessions will focus on helping you cope, learn and move forward in understanding what you want to improve on or just get back some control! And you'll get to learn a little bit about what's going on in your head! Using a variety of strategies; coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Psychoeducation and a Person centred approach. The good news is that these strategies are easily learnt, effective and long lasting!
